SEVEN7ESLA Analytics

Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 30, 2026

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how SEVEN7ESLA Analytics (“the Application,” “we,” or “us”) accesses, uses, stores, and protects information obtained through Google and YouTube APIs. The Application is a private, internal tool used by SEVEN7ESLA to analyze its own YouTube channel. It is not offered as a public analytics service.

2. Data we access

When the SEVEN7ESLA channel owner authorizes the Application through Google OAuth, the Application may read:

  • Authorized YouTube channel identity and basic channel information;
  • Video identifiers, titles, publication details, and other video metadata;
  • Video and channel view counts;
  • Watch time and related viewing metrics;
  • Subscriber changes and audience growth metrics; and
  • Other YouTube Analytics metrics made available within the approved read-only scopes.

We do not use the Application to access unrelated Google account content.

3. OAuth tokens

Google OAuth access and refresh tokens are used only to maintain authorization and read approved channel and analytics data. Tokens are not used to upload, edit, publish, or delete videos, or to change channel settings. Tokens are not sold or used for advertising.

4. How data is used

Authorized data is used only for SEVEN7ESLA’s internal channel analysis, content optimization, planning, performance review, and reporting. These activities help SEVEN7ESLA understand how its own content performs and make editorial decisions.

5. Data sharing and sale

We do not sell Google user data, OAuth tokens, channel data, or YouTube Analytics data. We do not publicly disclose this information. We do not share it with third parties except when required by law, necessary to protect security or legal rights, or handled by a service provider strictly as needed to operate the Application under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect authorized data and OAuth tokens against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. Access is limited to the people and systems that need it for the internal purposes described in this Policy. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Data retention and deletion

OAuth tokens are retained only while authorization is active and the Application requires access for its internal analytics purpose. Retrieved analytics data and internal reports are retained only for as long as reasonably needed for trend analysis, content planning, reporting, security, or legal obligations.

If authorization is revoked or deletion is requested, stored OAuth tokens will be deleted or invalidated, and associated Google user data will be deleted within a reasonable period unless retention is required by law. To request deletion, email seven7esla@gmail.com.

8. Your choices and control

The authorized Google account owner may revoke the Application’s access at any time through the Google Account permissions page. Revoking access prevents future API access by the Application. You may also contact us to request access to or deletion of stored information associated with the authorization.

9. Google API Services User Data Policy

SEVEN7ESLA Analytics’ use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the Application, applicable law, or platform requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will identify the current version.
